Latrice Williams, LPC

Latrice Williams (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Bachelors degree from University of South Carolina Upstate and graduated with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. She has over 10 years of professional experience in a variety of clinical settings. Latrice uses an eclectic style matching therapeutic techniques to each client's individual needs. She primarily utilizes CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Client Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. Latrice works well with older teenagers, young adults (13-25), adults, and individuals who identify as BIPOC. Latrice primarily focuses on depression and mood disorders, anxiety, life stressors and transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and women’s issues. 

Outside of the office or virtual therapy room, Latrice loves spending time with family and closest friends, traveling, trying new food and restaurants, fitness, participating in a pretty dope book club, and making too many Target runs!
