Anne is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with a wide range of clients. She has experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and mature adults. She works with individuals, couples, and families because she can see ways for her clients to grow as individuals and to grow in relationships. Her goal is to create a safe environment for clients to learn how to live healthy lives with loving relationships. She likes to walk beside her clients to help them find their strength and resiliency.

Currently, she is completing her certification in Play Therapy, which she applies to clients of all ages. In Play Therapy, the most troubling problems can be confronted, and lasting resolutions can be discovered, rehearsed, mastered, and become lifelong strategies.

She is also a nationally certified Anger Management Specialist. She helps clients to understand themselves and their anger triggers. Clients can handle angry feelings in a constructive way that enhances daily life. In this way, they can develop better control and serenity. She is trained to assess, diagnose, and treat diverse emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. She has experience treating clients with depression, anxiety,  grief, PTSD, ADHD, and parenting issues.

Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time outdoors and taking walks with her husband. She also enjoys spending time catching up with her adult children. In addition, she enjoys volunteering her time at HALTER, Healing and Learning Through Equine Relationships.
