Erin Wolfe, LPC-A

“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”

Erin Wolfe, LPC-A, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of South Carolina who is passionate about supporting individuals across all stages of life. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and empowering, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can grow and thrive!

Her approach to therapy blends Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and holistic wellness. Erin believes that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and she tailors her interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She is especially drawn to the mind-body connection and often integrates mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, stress management, and overall well-being.

As a former Division I athlete, Erin brings a unique perspective to her work with athletes and performers. She understands the intense pressure, high expectations, and identity struggles that often come with competitive performance. One of her greatest passions is helping athletes and performers feel seen, heard, and supported—not just for what they do, but for who they are. Her holistic approach encourages clients to explore their full identity, both within and beyond their performance roles!

Outside of the therapy room, Erin enjoys being in nature, crafting, and spending time with animals! Whether she's guiding clients through difficult emotions or helping them reconnect with joy and purpose, Erin is deeply committed to walking alongside them on their journey toward healing and growth!
