Bailey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate. She enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and adults; focusing on areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, emotion management, and thought disorders. She grew up in the upstate, and received her bachelor's in psychology from Wofford College and master's in marriage and family therapy from Converse College. 

She has more than 12 years of experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness in non-traditional settings, but enjoys working with clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Bailey is EMDR trained and has experience providing DBT-informed treatment. She is a firm believer that every client has something unique and special to offer the world, and views therapy as a way to help clients feel validated, safe, and able to achieve their goals through self-discovery and effective skill building.

When Bailey is not at work she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their 2 cats. She loves reading, puzzles, and all things Disney.
