Beth Burdick, LPC-A
"Nature is not a luxury, but a necessity. We need the calming influence of green spaces to cleanse our souls and rejuvenate our spirits."
~ Frederick Law Olmsted
Beth Burdick is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and accepting therapy space where clients feel supported and empowered in their healing and growth. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in an environment where deeper, individualized work can unfold.
Beth currently provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, with a special interest in clients ages 10 to 30. Her work often centers on issues such as trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, and self-worth. Her approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and a variety of experiential techniques. She is trained in basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and is currently pursuing advanced training and certification. Beth has also completed all training requirements for Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP), with certification pending full licensure.
Before entering the counseling field, Beth spent several years as a stay-at-home mom and community volunteer—roles that shaped her personal growth, empathetic nature, and emotional resilience. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in 2024 and has worked in community mental health for the past two years.
Outside of the office, Beth enjoys spending time with her partner, three children, and their sweet family dog. She loves historically based books and films, houseplants, flower gardening, and often daydreams about her next European adventure. Some of her favorite things include quiet time, cool rain showers, oat milk lattes, anything purple, hot stone massages, and cozy fall and winter days.
