Karen Kashi, LMFT-A

"Every time we ask a question, we’re generating a possible version of a life."

-David Epston

Karen Kashi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A) who is passionate about helping clients grow, heal, and thrive. She uses a client-centered approach, integrating narrative therapy and solution-focused techniques to support individuals and families in creating meaningful and lasting change. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives, and strives to provide a safe, collaborative space where their strengths and stories can guide the therapeutic process.

Outside of the therapy room, Karen is a people-person through and through. She greatly values connection and relationships. She is a woman of faith, proud boy mom, enjoys traveling with her husband, and finding small, simple joys in everyday life—values that deeply influence how she shows up authentically and compassionately for her clients.
